Alpine

The Alpine car company was founded in 1955 in France. Initially, the company was engaged in the production of radio receivers and other audio devices. However, in 1958, Alpine introduced its first car, the A106, which began a new era in the company’s history.

The first Alpine cars were equipped with engines from the same base as the Renault model. But the company quickly began developing its own engines and transmissions to improve the performance of its cars. In 1962, the A110 model was presented. Which became iconic for the company and gave it world fame.

A110 was a sports car that was distinguished by lightness, compactness and high performance. It has become popular among racers and car enthusiasts from all over the world thanks to its sporty characteristics and exclusive design.

The Alpine car company, іn the 1970s, continued to produce sports cars and participate in various races. In 1973, the A110 won the World Rally Championship. In the following decades. The company continued to produce sports cars, including the A310, GTA and A610 models.

In 1995, the company was acquired by the Renault group, which allowed it to use Renault’s technologies and resources. In 2017, a new model was presented – A110, which became fully electric. It continued the company’s tradition of producing sports cars with exclusive design and high performance.
